A contract signing ceremony was organised for GIZ’s PDP program at the Fairmont Nile City in Cairo. The event saw special guests from the government join GIZ project leaders and James Moran, the European Union ambassador to Egypt for this landmark event which saw 17 local projects awarded grants for the development of urban areas in Egypt ( Cairo & Giza governorates) as a result of the first call for proposals.
